To facilitate means to make it easy.
We cut through organizational noise, unstick complexity, and unlock action.
Our methodology is disruptive by design. It’s rooted in the MGTaylor DesignShop, an approach developed by Matt and Gail Taylor, along with the dozens of models and the pattern language they created — a methodology that combines architecture, pedagogy, and systems thinking. This methodology is well-documented and has proven its efficacy for over 50 years.
One of the most frequent model we use is the Scan – Focus – Act.

Most attempts to solve problems take place within a focused and limited framework defined by history and convention within an organization, industry or society. If an organization is to innovate and thrive in our rapidly changing world, solutions have to be sought within a larger framework.
Working with us can feel uncomfortable at first — because we ask people to let go of roles and routines, and meet each other as humans. But that’s exactly where the power lies. Our methods are not meant to impress — they are meant to transform and plan for action.
We use physical and conceptual space as active tools to shape behavior, foster co-creation, and make complexity feel navigable. Moving walls, shifting zones, breakout rituals, and visual thinking are all part of how we help people shift out of performance mode — and into co-creation mode.

Each vantage point is valid. Most problems cannot be solved only from a single vantage point. When you change perspectives – get a new vantage point – this is often the key to creating new solutions.
We also blend in complementary approaches that support emergence, energy, and ownership.
We often integrate Open Space Technology into our sessions, We never know exactly what will happen when we open the space for people to do their most important work, but we can guarantee these results :
- All of the issues that are MOST important to the participants will be raised.
- All of the issues raised will be addressed by those participants most qualified and capable of getting something done on each of them.
- In a time as short as one or two days, all of the most important ideas, discussion, data, recommendations, conclusions, questions for further study, and plans for immediate action will be documented by the participants themselves.
Using Design Thinking, we help clients generate customer-centric products, offers and services that can be tested through live prototyping.
We help build trust and support individual and collective growth through the practice of Co-Development.
This blend of approaches and our expertise in group dynamics leads to the design of non-linear sessions, using parallel processing, time-boxing and iterations. Alternating chaos and convergence, silence and synthesis. It’s rhythmic. It’s intense. And it works.

And it’s always visual. We use graphic facilitation and live scribing not as decoration, but as a cognitive and emotional anchor. People remember what they see. They trust what they can point to. And they align around what becomes real on the wall.
Every session we co-design with you becomes a living system of thinking, decision-making, and energy — in motion.
