

Antoine Viornery
Antoine designed and facilitated more than a thousand collaborative sessions and online collaboration journeys from strategic brainstorming sessions with executive boards to multi-days open forums engaging hundreds of participants.
With 25 years of experience in designing transformation and facilitating group genius, he has developed an array of tools and methods to help clients come up with new ideas for value creation, new mindset for doing business and new behaviors for the workplace.
He has worked with some of the most demanding organizations in the world, from global industry leaders (Capgemini Consulting, Airbus, SWIFT,…), to international organizations (UN agencies, World Bank, World Economic Forum,…), governments and NGOs.
Combined with a background in psychology, he is a recognized practitioner of the MG Taylor process and other group facilitation techniques (Design Thinking, Open Space Technology, People Science). He has worked in a wide variety of cultures and geographies (Europe, US, Asia-pacific, Middle- East, and Africa).
Antoine is a member of Faculty at CEDEP, a global executive education club.

Kompit Panasupon
Having been educated and worked in Thailand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, and India, Kompit has an extensive experience in various cultures in education, design, and management.
Currently, Kompit leads an organisation in creating and developing innovative, quality education materials that provide solutions for Thai students and educators, in the forms of both traditional and digital medias. The current projects from the company include online learning platform, real-time assessment platform, and e-testing platform with the largest test database in Thailand.
Kompit’s approach to educational solutions stems from his empathetic nature and keen interest in human behaviours and social sciences, which he further developed systematically during his time working with IDEO and EADS Airbus Design team. Understanding people as users, he observes and analyses tacit needs and synthesises them into meaningful, user-oriented design briefs. Matching the design methodologies with his business experiences, he transforms them into innovative, solution-based business strategies.

Sophie Barry
Sophie is an experienced communications strategist with an extensive background in developing and implementing communications plans across South East Asia. She has over 20 years of combined experience in leading international media campaigns, producing documentary videos, building local capacity, training and project planning, for the private sector, NGOs, and international donor clients including World Bank, USAID and the UNDP.
She is also an experienced videographer/editor and has developed multimedia/digital media content for development projects in Myanmar, Afghanistan, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Sierra Leone and Sudan.
She holds two Masters degrees in Disaster Resilience and Sustainable Development and Communications.
Specialties: Communications strategy development, report writer, experienced trainer, videographer, editor, multimedia and digital media production.

Hadrien Peltier
Hadrien is a graphic facilitator with a background in design and art. He has over 15 years of practice in the art of scribing, modeling and sense-making with dozens of clients. He supports collaborative sessions and projects through visualization to help a group of participants to converge on a common vision.
Hadrien has worked in every situation imaginable, but he particularly enjoys environments based on the MGTaylor methodology and co-creation with clients.
